Satin

This my interpretation of the Satin (and Mini Satin). Beautiful rabbits with a sheen that gives the breed a satin look. It is not easy to create the satin look on a painting but nonetheless, I hope this does the breed justice.

English Spot

The English Spot is one of the oldest fancy rabbit breeds. A medium-sized breed with very distinctive markings on its nose, eyes, cheek, and body.

Holland Lop

It is not a coincidence that I am starting the rabbit series this week. In less than a month, we’ll be celebrating the Lunar New Year and it is none other than the Year of the Rabbit.

I have decided to start with a trio of Holland Lop rabbits just like how many will normally get a trio to get started in the hobby.

Although I’ve painted many Holland Lops in the past, this is the first time I’m recording myself painting this rabbit breed.

And it is my 111th painting video on YouTube!

American Bobcats

Double Trouble Siamese Cats

I think the Siamese cat have a very unique coat pattern and that was what inspired me to paint this piece. While researching, I learned that this breed is said to be “dog-like” and I find that very interesting.

The Unimpressed Persian Cat

My first impression of the Persian cat is that the constant disgruntled look on its face convinces me that it is almost impossible to please such a proud feline.

It is also a feature that gives the breed the cute factor!
